Product Description Pretreat 6334 is a unique blend of high performance Oxidizing biocides to control all kinds of bacterial species commonly encountered in industrial ETP and STP plants. It helps surfaces clean from organic and biological fouling. It is used as alternative to sodium hypochloride, which gives much better performance than sodium hypochlorite. The product id specially designed for total control of anaerobic bacteria like SRB and Nitrifying bacteria.

Typical Dosage Pretreat 6334 is known to be effective in the dose range of 25 to 30 ppm in most cases. In systems, which are being commissioned afresh or already badly fouled, an initial shock dose of 100 ppm is recommended. However, the required dose levels for individual systems shall be recommended by Sri Amman chemicals technical representatives.
Handling & Safety Pretreat 6334 should be handled like any other industrial chemical such as, acids or alkalis. Safety shoes, gloves and face masks should be worne while handling the product. Direct contact with skin should be avoided. In case of accidental splash, wash the affected area with plenty of fresh water and get immediate medical attention. In case of spills, wash the area with plenty of water.
Environmental safety Pretreat 6334 contains ingredients, which are non toxic and non polluting at suggested use levels. They are auto degradable and bio degradable. Water treated with Pretreat 6334 can be safely discharged into any waste stream, without need for any post treatment.
Storage Pretreat 6334 should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, sources of heat or moisture.
